In the early or late period after sleeve gastrectomy surgery, twisting of the stomach in the abdomen may cause problems with solid food intake. Initially, efforts should be made to improve the condition using endoscopic methods. However, if it fails, a bypass revision can be planned. In addition, revision gastric bypass should be planned to prevent the progression of small ulcers (oesophagitis) that will occur at the lower end of the oesophagus due to reflux after the gastric sleeve surgery.
